1.   Intelligent Controller
 It applies today's most advanced 32-bit processor and optimized software algorithms to realize gluing spray on the folder gluer from 0 to 600m/min speed.
 It can be connected with eight gluing guns, the gun can get the signal through 1 to 8 start electric eye. the gun can be set to spray up to 8 segments of glue in a single sample.
 Also we can choose spray in dots or lines to achieve minimum amount of adhesive and strongest gluing strength.
 User-friendly graphical interface equipped with 8inch(4 channels) or 12inch(8 channels) touch screen, makes the operator understand easily, simple and convenient.

    Maximum switching frequency is 500 cycles/sec
    No-wear closed design allows the gun to cut the adhesive flow precisely.
    The tiny buttons can be easily controlled for manual gluing.
    Common types of nozzles make its application with ease from small cardboard boxes to large corrugated cartons.

32 bar medium-viscosity water-based adhesive.
