APPLICATION
VTM59 series turning and milling combined machine can complete turning, milling, drilling, boring and tapping by once set up. X/Y/Z/C 4 axis linked machining can be realized.
The machine is especially suitable for turning, milling, drilling, boring and tapping by once set up of small sized precision and complicated part.
The main performance characteristics:

Table can travel back-force, with CNC Y axis.
X/Y/Z/C can realize 4-axis linked machining.
Table adopts high accuracy double row roiler bearing in radial for centering; in axial adopts large sized ball thrust bearing for supporting.
Table can adopt double AC spindle motor drive; can realize high precision electric gap elimination.
Toolhead ram travel adopts ballscrew pair transmission; guide way adopts pump per pocket closed type hydrostatic guide way of constant flow.
Milling spindle is housed in toolhead; AC spindle motor drive; 2-shift gearbox speed change.
