Product Description
The W type radiant tubes are fabricated from heat resistant stainless steel , also called radiant heater tube, composed of centrifugal casting tubes , investment casting elbows, flanges ,support pipes and steel structures with fiber ceramic.
The regular materials are cast steel 1.4837,1.4848, 1.4852, 2.4879,HK40,HPNb,etc.,
The typical application is to heat the steel strip from room temperature to around 900 degrees. The cast radiant tubes are used in the furnaces for continuous annealing lines CAL and galvanizing lines CGL , fired by natural gas, with the protection of the nitrogen and hydrogen, then transfer the heat to the steel strip getting through the furnace, to guarantee the heated strips are well treated for the next step operation.
