HCT-226 Machine Description and Specification

HCT-235/226  High Speed Spring Coiling Machine adopts Japan servo motor and TaiWan control system for option ( Hust Brand). Feeding axis, Cam axis,and Pitch axis, which can work independently and synchronously. It can be up to 5 Axis.

It can produce kinds of Compression Spring, Tower Spring, Remote Control Springs, Button Springs, Drum-Shaped springs, Gun Springs, Square Springs, torsion spring and extension spring  etc with the advantage of shorter-testing time and high production rate. The third axis is the Pitch axis which can make the spring more easily to save the testing time and cost of the moulds.
