Q: How to order?
A: please following the following steps.
Inquire us → Customize with drawings and samples → Inform the usage scenario → Receive our product design recommendation → Negotiate details → Sign contract/deposit → Mass production → Goods are ready → Balance/delivery → Further cooperation.
Q: How about inspection before shipment?
A: Client should offer necessary raw material of products, which is planed to be packed or made on the machined client order. When machine is assembled, we will test the machine with the material or products clients offer. The test photo and video would be sent to clients for confirmation before shipment.
Q: Which shipping method is available?
A: LCL or FCL upon the request from clients.
Q: How long does it take for delivery and shipment?
A: The delivery time depends on the quantity you order. It usually takes 45-60 working days.
Q: Some products are missing from my package, what can I do?
A: Please contact our support team, we will confirm your order content with the package, and compensate for the shipment according to the actual situation. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Q: How to confirm the payment?
A: We accept T/T, L/C payment methods. please contact us before you pay by other payment methods. In addition, 30-50% deposit is feasible, and the balance should be paid before shipment.

Q: Spare Parts delivery
A: Ordinary spare parts can be delivery at the 2nd day after spare parts order is confirmed by clients. Special parts would be delivery in Max. 7days after the spare parts order is confirmed by clients.
