Product Description
1,Equipment Purpose
It is specially designed for heating copper slab before forging. The working temperature of the furnace ranges from 650 ºC to 1060ºC. Maximum service temperature is 1100ºC. The dimension of the copper slab is T160mm×W380-420mm×L3800-4600mm. Rated Throughput is 20T/h. Walking frequency of the furnace is 225s/cycle.
2,Main Characteristic of the Equipment
2.1It adopts side-loading and side-unloading method which can easily charge/discharge jumbo copper slab, simple and reliable.
2.2Reliable and proper loading/unloading system, alarm and detecting function insures the whole working process can be automatic-smoothly operated. Free from slide and scratch.
2.3 The high-quality imported combustion device and perfect PLC control system meets temperature automatically controlled requirement, and ensure gas-air proportion adjusting.
2.4,Soft loading function effectively guarantee surface quality of workpieces.
2.5"Walking-step" function ensures slab heating quality.
2.6It has proper temperature recorder function.
2.7Record and output thermal heating process parameter, and track slab heating process.
2.8,Simulating display screen in computer system can ensures operator directly inspecting slab condition inside furnace.
2.9Furnace pressure (within 5-20mm column) is automatically controlled by the control system. Smoke exhausting volume is adjusted according to furnace pressure.
2.10Center lubrication system is furnished with this equipment. Each lubricated part of the furnace is fed by the center lubrication system. It can save working hour and ensure equipment normally running.

3,Process description
Loading: Operator selects heating process curve (or enter new heating technology curve) according to the kind of slab in the operating computer and input the number of slab. Use traveling overhead crane in workshop, hanging slab on the charging roller table.
Heating:According to the setting heating curve and alloy atmosphere control requirement, the combustion system automatic control heating zone and soaking zone and atmosphere,assuring required heating process of slab after heating.
Unloading:Slabs are transferred to unloading roller and will automatically send out signals to indicate that the slabs can be unloaded out of the furnace. Operator starts the rotating table button, and it will be automatically connected with the mill.
