It takes around up to 4 weeks to deliver your order with no order customization but may take longer with customization.

Q: What's your after-sale service?
A: We offer a one year warranty, and we can provide warranty service as long as the problem occurs within one year under
reasonable use circumstances. In addition, we offer a remote installation guidance service if you have questions about installation.
Q: What is the difference between U-channel and F-channel of wire mesh decking?
A: The F-channel can be used on any beam, while the U-channel is more suitable for use on a step beam.
Q: What is the load capacity of the wire decking?
A: The load capacity of our wire decking is generally between 500 kg-2 tons, depending on your needs.
