1. Product Description:
Vertical storage cantilever rack is mainly suitable for long type goods or irregular size articles, such as wood, pipe, profile, cable and so on. The cantilever racking is one of the ideal solutions for these heavy, unmanaged special items.
Vertical storage cantilever rack can solve the storage of long material and irregular shaped material. The highest column can reach 10 meters, cantilever arm length is 1.0 - 1.2m, and loading capacity can reach 1 ton. Heavy Duty Cantilever Racking System can be used in indoor and outdoor. It can be used hot dip galvanized to surface treatment of outdoor. It also can be installed ceiling at the top of the column, then can be resisted wind, rain and sunshine.
2. Cantilever Racking Components
Uprights:
Vertical storage cantilever rack consist of uprights with a vertical column bolted to a horizontal base. The vertical column of the cantilever rack upright is punched Holes up and down the upright. Also the front and the back of the vertical column is punched, thus the vertical columns can be used as a single sided upright or a double sided upright depending on which type of base is attached to the vertical column. Holes are provided in the base of the upright to anchor the upright to the floor.
Arms:
The cantilever arm is adjustable up and down the upright. The arms attach to the upright with a pin keeper, which allows for instant arm adjustability. Arms are available with or without front lips. The arms are available in two types straight arms and incline arms.
Cantilever Arm is a very important part of cantilever rack and the selection of arms takes a great influence on the whole storage solutions.
Brace Sets:
Braces are constructed from structural channel and are bolted between uprights to provide lateral stability to the cantilever rack system. The selection of the brace length also determines the arm spacing. Brace lengths are measured from centerline of upright to centerline of upright and are sold in sets.
3. Product Applications:
Vertical storage cantilever rack structure is rigid and durable; the post and arms are of special steel section. It can be single side or double side. It is very good for the storage of long items and irregular shape item, such as steel bar, pipeline and wood plank. It is suitable for low headroom warehouse to improve space utilization. The system can handle by standard forklift truck, but require wide aisle or handle with overhead crane.
