We operate two factories with a workforce of around 500 employees, covering a total of 20,000 square meters.2 workshop. With 20 years of apparel manufacturing experience, we support both OEM & ODM. We hold BSCI certification and GORETEX's competency certificate, qualifying us to produce Gore's COF & TOF products.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
For outdoor garments, the MOQ is 500 pieces per style. For motorcycle garments, the MOQ is 300 pieces per style.
Q3: How can I find out the price?
Price is a crucial factor for every customer. To determine the price, we need the following details: style of clothing, fabric and accessories, printing method, embroidery, pattern, and quantity of garments. These parameters are the key determinants of the final price.
Q4: What are your terms of payment?
Typically, we accept L/C at sight and 30% deposit with 70% payment against a copy of B/L. We can also accept D/A for 30 and 60 days with a 1%-2% interest for insurance, borne by the customer.
Q5: What is your lead-time?
Generally, our lead-time is around 16 weeks if materials are not imported. However, we can adjust our production plan to accommodate urgent orders from our customers.
Q6: How can I customize a sample?
We invite you to reach out and share your specific requests, including fabric choices, styles, artwork, quantities, size charts, colors, and more. For the best results, please consider sending us a sample first. We will meticulously craft a sample based on your specifications.
Q7: How long does it take to receive samples?
Generally, for the proto sample, we utilize substituted materials to evaluate the pattern and design, which takes approximately 10-15 days. For subsequent samples (2nd, 3rd, etc.), we use the correct materials from the beginning to assess the complete effect, typically requiring around 10 days. Please note that the sample lead-time varies significantly based on the product's quantity and complexity.
