How to use tangent circle
1. Use a shearing machine to cut the aluminum plate into squares, such as cutting a circular plate of Φ1000mm,
The aluminum plate should be cut into a square blank of 1000mm × 1000mm.
2. Shake the handwheel of the mechanism forward and backward to align the pointer with 500mm on the ruler (500mm is the cutting radius).
3. Move the positioning ruler so that the foremost edge of the positioning ruler is aligned with 500mm, then tighten the screw, and lift up the bent end to lock it.
4. Turn the hand wheel of the feeding mechanism so that the depth between the two knives reaches 1 ~ 2mm. Place the aluminum plate blank on the pressure plate, and place one side close to the knife edge to form a straight line. The handwheel of the upper platen is rotated to the left to compress the aluminum plate. Then loosen the screw at the upper end of the positioning ruler, pull down the bent end, and press the switch. At this time, the cutter cuts the blank circularly until the blank is processed into a perfect circle. Release the pressure plate and remove the circular plate. The size of the following one is the same. You only need to lift the positioning ruler, and after positioning, the positioning ruler can continue cutting.
