The application

The PS series comprises the following filter mats:

• The PS series are used for intake air filtration in all kinds of ventilation systems, particularly for coarse dust arrestance and as prefilter stages. 

• The PS series filters are also the best choice for outdoor air filtration, usually applied to plate filters.

The media and their characteristic features 

• This series media can be washed many times and reused. Viledon air filters for general regeneration purposes can be regenerated using watel washing or spraycleaning.

• Flame retardant performance: The FS series meet the highest level of Class 3 of the JACA No.11A-2003 flammability test of the Japan Air Purification Association.

• The fabrics have a porous structure whose pore sizes can be controlled using different combinations of fiber and binders to meet a variety of applications. its "density gradient" is optimum for airfilters. With a graduated density that is greater on the downstream side than on the upstream these filter media deliver minimal pressure loss, good collection efficiency and lage holding capacity.(Some products do not have a densitygradient)."Density gradient" stucture Easy to regenerate.
