HSNQ400 Waste Copper Cable Recycling Machine, also called copper granulator, had been developing and manufacturing since 2002. It can deal with car cable, communications cable and miscellaneous cables. It consists of crusher, conveyor and separator, which is integrated on one compact unit, also has dust collection system, vibrator, air cleaner, suction fan inside.
this copper wire recycling machine adopts PLC control system.
Plastic & copper is different in density, the crusher can stripe the plastic and smash the copper (by high quality blade), then the plastic and copper can be separated by vibrator & suction fun together, the copper comes out from front outlet, plastic comes out in the other side, dusts will be sent by dust fan to dust collector.
