Waste tyre production line machine consist of tire crusher ,ring cutter,strip cutter,rim cutter,steel wire separator,librating screen,magnetic system and conveyor. Through ring cutter,strip cutter,rim cutter ,processing tyre change into 3.5cm block.
second,using XKP400/450/560 rubber crusher,shred block into powder. (shred 3.5 CM block into 10-30 mesh size powder)

a, The roll is made of alloy chilled cast iron with spun casting.and The roll face is hard and anti-wear,
The internal cavity of the roll is processed to make temperature well poportioned on the roll surface.and make cooling water cycling treatment,for this products we have applied patent in CHINA.
