A: Generally, we pack our goods in sturdy neutral export wooden cases. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in
wooden cases with your own marks after obtaining your authorization letters.

A: Typically, we require T/T 30% as a deposit, and the remaining 70% before delivery. We will provide you with photos of the products
and packaging before you pay the balance.
Q3. What are your terms of delivery?
A: We offer various delivery terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU.

A: Generally, it will take between 10 to 50 days after receiving your advance payment, depending on the pump's material. The
specific delivery time also depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Yes, we can manufacture products based on your samples or technical drawings. We have the capability to build molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply samples if we have ready parts in stock. However, customers must bear the sample cost and the courier cost.

A: Yes, we ensure 100% testing of all pumps before delivery.
