| Applications and Performance |
| 1. Surface treatment of inorganic materials: primers for metal surface treatment liquids, glass and metal substrates, etc.; 2, water-based adhesives: a variety of water-based automotive laminate adhesives, furniture laminate adhesives and flocking plastics; 3, water-based paint: a variety of waterborne epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic water-based industrial coatings, inks. 4. Water-based polymer additive: directly added to the water-based resin to improve the adhesion and water resistance of the resin. |
| Usage |
| This product contains 50% water, which can be directly added to the aqueous system and dispersed at high speed. The dosage is about 0.5-5%. The optimum amount is determined experimentally. |
| Notes |
| This product has a good effect on the substrate with active silanol on the surface ( glass, ceramics and metal), but it is generally effective for low-polarity plastics and resin substrates. And have no effect for non-polar and low-surface materials such as PP and PE This product has a good effect in baking varnish. It takes time to use the product under self-drying conditions. It is more suitable to test adhesion and water resistance one week after curing. |

| Storage and Shelf Life |
| Should be stored in dry, cool, ventilated room; keep away from water, moisture, high temperature and fire. This product has a shelf life of at least 12 months if stored in tightly closed original container at room temperature. If this product is kept beyond the shelf life recommend on the product label, it is not necessarily unusable, but a quality control should be performed on the properties relevant to the application. |
