PP Film Blowing MachineApplication:
It is used to blow polypropylene (PP) and high and low density polyethylene (LDPE & HDPE), and widely used in package of food, clothes, textiles, daily necessities and industrial products.
Features:
The cylinders and the screw stems of the extruder are made of high-quality alloy steel with optimum hardness and strong corrosion resistance after precision finishing and nitrogen treatment.
The extruder can be lift up to 3 meters according to technological requirements. For film blowing, bottom blowing method is used. The coiling device is a torque motor, can maintain appropriate tension, wind up neatly and is easy to change coils.
