1. Introduction:
The heating pipe is formed by filling heating wires into seamless metal tubes ( carbon steel tubes, titanium tubes, stainless steel tubes, copper tubes ), filling gaps with magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation, shrinking the tubes, and then processing them into various shapes required by users. It has simple structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength and good adaptability to harsh environment. It can be used for heating various liquids and acid and alkali salts, and is also suitable for melting metals with low melting point ( lead, zinc, tin, babbitt alloy).

A: Yes, generally, 1pc sample for free is available. But if you need more samples, we may need to charge you some cost. Besides, for certain products, it may need to open mold before sampling, then we shall need to have the mold fee before sample.

A: Generally it shall take 5~7days. For certain products, we need to prepare the materials for it. That depends.
