Working principle:
By evaporating the refrigerant in tube,the heat is transferred to ice board;by recycle water pump,the water flows into the ice grid through spaying pipe,it can make ice in cooling conditions and ice drop in heating conditions.

Utilization:
*Mainly used for quick cycle ice-making of household and commercial ice machine

*Mainly used for quick cycle ice-making of household and commercial ice machine
*It is made of copper by welding, with advantage of heat exchanging.
*In the back of ice board, it is using "D" tube or ellipse tube connection to enlarge the interface area of evaporator and ice board, so it can enhance the efficiency of heat exchanging, shorten the time of ice making and ice dropping and improve the ice making capacity and ice cube quality.
*The evaporator surface is chemistry plated by nickel which accords with environmental-friendly and FDA food safety demands. Compared with traditional electroplated,the chemistry plated by nickel is better in dense, lower in hole. The perfect combine of plating sheet and base material can protect the product surface well and improve the antiseptic capacity.
*There is 72°~85° incline between the horizontal septa and ice board, so that the ice cube can be dropped smoothly when ice dropping.
*The ice cube is nearly square, between 72°~85 and it is transparent with high density.
