Comparing synthetic paper with conventional paper, its characteristics are beyond traditional wood pulp paper with better rigidity, water resistance, UV resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, foldability, printable, and long lasting.
The applications are more than traditional wood pulp paper. The main purposes of synthetic paper are as below:
Rifo thermal synthetic paper material are tear resistant and durable. Our products are made with polypropylene producing an excellent product for industry uses like airline baggage tags, hospital wristbands, shelf price tags laboratory labels industrial application and more.
It procues sharp, rich black tones to meet exacting standards for readability and performance. For example, barcode scanning systems can rely on thermal paper for accuracy, speed, and consistency.
Traditionally, the thermal sensitive material used for aviation luggage labels has a structure of natural paper/ laminated BOPP film or coated PE film/natural paper. Since the cost for this process is high and complicated steps are needed for the production, synthetic thermal sensitive paper is gradually used as a substitute for the traditional material. Rifo thermal sensitive BOPP paper has excellent whiteness, opacity and stiffness.
