Grp water tank is the abbreviation of fiberglass Reinforced Plastic water tank. It can also be called FRP water tank, SMC water tank, SMC panel tank. The panel is molded by SMC(sheed molding composite material) under high temperature and high pressure. SMC is a glass fiber reinforced plastic, which is a mixture of unsaturated polyester resin and impregnated reinforcing materials, fillers and glass fibers. According to the needs of customers, it can be hydraulically pressed into panels of different sizes and thicknesses. The water tank adopts reinforced support, and its steel parts are hot galvanizing parts or stainless steel parts.

the selection of plate thickness is based on the pressure and position of the plate, including 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, etc.
The characteristics of light weight and high strength make the weight of FRP plates of the same size and thickness about 30% lighter than that of steel plates.
It is sectional structure and assembled by panels among 1000x1000mm,1000x500mm,500x500mm three sizes,customized according to the requirement.
The molding method increases the strength of earthquake resistance and impact resistance, overcomes the defect of uneven strength of traditional water tanks, and improves the compressive strength and service life.
