1. Complete Aluminum Compartment and Never Rust. The compartment uses high-quality aluminum alloy profile, and the integral welded frame structure is made by the patented technology. It has a built-in bolt connection and the space could be adjusted easily. It has the advantages of high strength, corrosion resistance and light weight. All harnesses are preset in the groove to avoid wear.
2. High-Quality PP Composite Material Liquid Tank and Never Rust. PP is a special plate made of polymer composite materials to create a liquid tank for fire truck. It has the advantages of high strength, impact resistance, low temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
3. Modular Control System. The control system adopts PLC intelligent program design and full electronic control operation. Different control program modules are available to choose according to the vehicle configuration. With waterproof and dustproof design, the protection level can reach IP56 or higher.
4. Modular Standard Parts. Water pumps, fire monitors, aluminum roller shutter doors, storage racks and pipelines are all manufactured by CXFIRE with modular design. It can not only ensure the quality of parts and the best match with the whole vehicle, but also ensure generalization and flexibility.
