TOYNOL® DF-57 Anti-webbing Agent
Introduction
Toynol® DF-57 is a anti-webbing agent widely be used in latex industry dipping process and other applications. This nonionic, Acetylenic diol-based surfactant can be utilized in areas where foam prevention or foam elimination is necessary with-out causing film problems. Some of the benefits include:

Latex Products
Toynol® DF-57 is utilized in resin emulsion to reduce surface tension in the systems and eliminate surface tension raise phenomenon caused by traditional foam control agents, and improve the spreading properties of emulsion on mould. As an effective anti-webbing agent, it is used in the glue formulation to significantly minimize pinhole blemishes and improve the yields.
Industrial protective coatings
Toynol® DF-57 can supply an excellent ability of foam control and knockdown in the water-based industrial protec-tive coatings. Those products are compatible with variety of resins, and can be stored with coating products without causing serious decompose and losing defoaming ability.
Wood Lacquer
Toynol® DF-57 has an outstanding foam knock down ability in the water-based wood lacquer without causing un-desirable substrate wetting caused by defect such as pinholes, fisheyes, etc.
