The Introduction of the Mixing Carbide Tubes, Focusing Carbide Tubes.
Carbide Abrasive Waterjet Nozzles or Mixing Tubes, which facing the high pressure and wear-resistance of the waterjet Nozzles, almost all the Traditional fine grain size or micron grain size of Carbide are not workable and too weak at all, in order to meet the market demand and solve the wear-resistance problem of the Carbide Abrasive Waterjet Nozzles, after long time trial and test of our R&D Department, we have developed the right grades for this application and bulk produced the Carbide Nozzles with Low-cobalt ( less than 1%) content and nano grain Size, which has received a great approvement.
The Low Cobalt content and Nano Grain Size ( about 0.2 micron) can make this material be of very excellent wear-resistance for this application, the hardness can reach 2600 Hv30. the detailed information for this Grade is RDL01.
