| ITEM FEATURE | It is high quality twist nylon 4 way spandex use special dyeing process to make the fabrics more plain and more beautiful. It is high stretchy,very soft and nice touch. After laminated the fabrics has 5000+mm water vapour pemeability and 15000+mm water resistance base on AATCC standards. If you think this standard is high for you we can do 1000mm,2000mm also ok,if you think it is not enough we also can make higher according your requirements. The weight,waterpress and breathable we also can produce accoding customers' requirements. We are focus on this safety functional jackets fabrics more than 10 years have rich experiences for this. |

The production started from this plastic particles then to yarn,weave,dyeing,memebrane and other finish. Please check the pictures,then you can see clearly the PRODUCTION processes. If we need to print we will dye the fabrics off white or natural white,if customers need plain dyed with other finish,we will do these treatments after the dyeing and inspection. Fabrics production are not same with other products we produce it according customers' requirements,different demands get different processes. Sometimes just dyeing finished can package,but sometimes after dyeing we still have 5 or 6 even more process to go on. But all we do is for you. |
