RE: Module sample is accepted in our company, so we don't have MOQ request for led displays.

Re: The standard warranty is 2years, while it is possible to extend the max. warranty to 5 years with extra cost.

Re: We have professional engineers providing 24h online technical support and by email; We also send technical personnel to the scene in customers significant activities.
Q4:How to maintenance led screen?
Re: In usually every year to maintenance led screen one time, clear the led mask, checking the cables connection, if any led screen modules fail, you can replace it with our spare modules

Re: Firstly, please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible, so we can send you the offer at the first time.
Q6. What if I don't know how to install the screen?
a. We will provide your details drawing for installation led screen, But you need provide us on-site picture for installation place.
b. We provide training 2 people in the factory for free.
c. We can send our engineers to your country to guide how to install the screen.
Q7. What if I don't know how to maintain the screen?
Re:We will provide you with operation manuals and software when you place an order, and we can help you debug remotely.
Q8. How to deliver the my goods?
Re:It depends on your budget and the date you need the led screen. Regularly, the led displays are shipped by sea, if the quantity is less and you need it urgently, we can arrange air-shipping for you.
