Almost all of us have a knowledge of the "SPC" and "Door Skin",however only few of us have learned the SPC Door Skin.Today let's have a look at KOJO's new product SPC Door Skin.
KOJO SPC door skin is produced by mixing and condensing selected polymer resin powder, calcium powder, and more than ten kinds of environmental protection additives. It is fused by high-temperature hot-melt polymer, and is extruded and air-cooled by die to form it. According to the gold molar ratio formula, the physical properties such as strength, hardness, weather resistance, and stability are significantly improved.
Compared the comment doors like WPC door skin ,MDF door skin,and other wood-base panels, KOJO SPC door skins have some superior features as in the below chart:

surface shore hardness up to 70 degree, 23% higher than traditional door skin.

The impact strength exceeds 10KJ/m², which is 50% higher than the traditional door skin.
