RG-YL Series of Wax Emulsions
Product introduction:
This series of emulsion is made of emulsified ethylene by special processes. It is non-toxic, tasteless, non-corrosive, easily soluble in water, with good acid resistance, alkali resistance and electrolysis resistance. It can bath with resin, and is not easy to stratify and agglomerate. With steady components, the emulsion has good chemical stability, with no stratification for a long time.

Performance and application:
1.It is mainly used as a softener and sizing auxiliaries in textile industry, and also widely used in the after-finishing and resin finishing of polyester/cotton, polyester/viscose (nitrile), cotton fabric and chemical fabrics. The softener can permeate onto the yarn surface evenly and form a layer of oxidized polyethylene film outside the yarn. Thus, it can make the finished fabric feel soft and smooth, and also improve physical properties, the elasticity, abrasion resistance, strength and sewing performance of fabrics.
2. It can be applied in water-based coating system, the glazing agent and glazing oil series of floor, leather, furniture, automobiles, paper products, etc.
3. The solid content of the emulsion can reach to 25%-50%, and can be widely used in production of such industries as water-based ink, liquid shoe oil, metal mold release agent, polyurethane mold release agent, adhesive, etc.
4. It could improve the smoothness of paper in paper industry.
5. In agriculture, it is used as a preservative for fruits and vegetables to prevent harmful effects of aging, drought, freezing injury and sunburn. After flower picking, water soaking and emulsified wax treatment can prolong the life of flowers.
6. It could be applied as a lubricant in ceramic production, and a glazing agent for plastic products and cars.
Packaging and Storing:
160KG/Drum.
It should be resistant to hot sun and freezing, sealed in a cool and dry place.
Shelf life is 12 months at room temperature.
