Chocky bars and Wear Buttons are extremely hard bimetallic parts, joined by copper welding in vacuum brazing furnace, produced with a piece of steel alloy in chromium Molybdenum white cast, attached to a weldable structural plate.
Chocky Bars and Wear Buttons are available in a wide range of sizes to fit buckets,loaders,excavators and dragline mahcines ,effective protection alternative to expensive, labour intensive, hard facing welding methods.
