About rubber ceramic wear liners, ceramic wear plate:

For mining and mineral processing industries, composite rubber ceramic wear liners, ceramic wear plates are ideal wear liners. It is embedding or vulcanizing 92% 95% al2o3 alumina ceramic tile or ZTA tiles into flexible rubber cushion to deliver high wear and impact resistance. 

The elastic rubber base helps absorbing the impact energy and high alumina ceramic tiles offer excellent wear resistance. 

Ceramic wear liners can be produced with steel backing plate and studs or countersinks, other fixing methods are also available. 

We provide various ceramic wear liners for your options, ceramic tiles are availalbe in ceramic bricks, square tile, cylindrical tile or hex tiles on rubber.

3. Steel backing plate
3.1 Mild steel or stainless steel.

Rubber backed ceramic wear liners exhibit excellent wear resistance, the wear life of high alumina ceramic is approx. 5 timers longer than rubber and 10 times longer than steel.

Also rubber ceramic liner is more impact resistant, rubber or polyurethane cushions makes more impact resistant. Available in irregular shapes and sizes.


ZTA Ceramic Wear Liners, Ceramic Wear Plates:

1. ZTA ceramic, abbreviation of Zirconia Toughened Alumina, is newly developed alumina ceramic tiles. ZTA ceramic tiles offer good impact resistance due to the increased zirconia powder. This is why ZTA liners are
ideally for the extreme conditions, highly impact and wear areas.

ZTA ceramic wear liners can deliver superior wear and impact resistance than 92% alumina ceramic liners.

Traditional 92% or 95% alumina ceramic liners are economic wear liners for moderate wear
and lower impact applications. For areas mainly suffering sliding area, 92%
alumina liner is effective and of low cost.
