Aligned with your architectural and design preferences, we offer a range of materials and designs to choose from. Alternatively, you can provide us with your BOQ or design drawings, and we will deliver a comprehensive quotation and an introduction within 24 hours.
2. Is it possible for customers to order a variety of models and colors in a single order?
Absolutely, orders can be customized to include a mix of colors and models as per your specifications. Sizes are fully customizable to meet your needs.
3. Can customers receive a sample before placing an order? What is the sample policy?
Certainly. We are delighted to provide a customized sample. A sample cost applies, which will be reimbursed upon order placement.
4. How can customers ensure the quality of the products? Is inspection possible?
Our dedicated Quality Control (QC) team oversees all critical processes and performs checks post-production. Prior to shipping, we can provide photos and videos for your review. If you have a representative or office in China, we welcome them to our company for inspection of all details. Third-party inspections, such as by SGS or COC, are also welcomed.
5. Do you provide assistance with shipping?
Indeed, we offer EX-factory, FOB, CIF, and door-to-door delivery terms. If you have your own shipping agent, we can facilitate delivery to their warehouse or arrange for direct container loading at our factory.
