3. Can customers receive a sample prior to placing an order? What is your sample policy?
Certainly. We are delighted to offer tailored samples. While a sample cost is required, it will be refunded once your order is placed, ensuring a risk-free experience.
4. How do you ensure quality? Is customer inspection permitted?
Our dedicated Quality Controllers (QC) oversee key processes and conduct post-production checks. Before shipment, we can provide photos and videos for your review. If you have a representative or office in China, we welcome them to our facility for thorough inspections. Additionally, third-party inspections, such as SGS and COC, are available for added assurance.
