3. Can customers have a sample before placing an order? What is the sample policy?
Certainly, we are delighted to offer a tailored sample to meet your needs. A sample cost applies, but rest assured, this cost will be credited back upon placing an order.
4. How to ensure quality? Can customers conduct an inspection?
Our dedicated Quality Controllers (QC) meticulously oversee all key processes, conducting thorough checks post-production. Prior to shipping, we can share photos and videos for your review. If you have a representative or office in China, we invite them to our company for a comprehensive inspection. Additionally, third-party inspections such as SGS and COC are also welcomed.
5. Can you assist with shipping?
