3. Can customers have a sample before ordering? What's the sample policy?
Certainly. We are delighted to offer a bespoke sample to match your needs. A sample cost applies, which will be reimbursed upon confirmation of your order.
4. How to ensure quality? Can customers perform inspections?
Our dedicated Quality Control (QC) team meticulously oversees all critical processes and conducts thorough post-production checks. Prior to dispatch, we can provide you with detailed pictures and videos. Should you have an agent or office in China, we warmly invite them to perform inspections at our facility, ensuring every detail meets your expectations. Third-party inspections, such as those from SGS or COC, are also welcome.
