Alternatively, you can provide us with your Bill of Quantities (BOQ) or design drawings, and we will furnish a comprehensive quotation enhanced with detailed introductions within just 24 hours.
2. Can customers order different models and colors in one order?
Absolutely, we offer the flexibility to mix and match different colors and models to your liking. Additionally, all sizes can be fully customized to meet your specific requirements.
3. Can customers have the sample before order? What is the sample policy?
Certainly, we are delighted to offer a bespoke sample tailored to your specifications. While a sample fee is required, rest assured, this cost will be reimbursed upon placing an order.
4. How to ensure the quality? Can customers conduct inspections?
Our dedicated Quality Controllers (QC) meticulously oversee each critical phase and conduct thorough checks post-production. Prior to dispatch, we can share detailed photos and videos for your review. If you have a representative or office in China, we warmly welcome you to conduct an on-site inspection. All aspects can be verified and measured in detail. Additionally, third-party inspections such as SGS and COC are fully acceptable.
5. Can you assist with shipping?
Certainly, we cater to various shipping terms including EX-factory, FOB, CIF, and door-to-door delivery. Should you have your own shipping agent, we can seamlessly assist by delivering the doors to your warehouse or directly loading them into the container at our factory.
