Production process brief
The welding electrode is made of two parts: steel rod and coating powder. After derusting and descaling the steel rod will be drawn to Φ5.0-Φ2.5mm sizes, then be cut to required lengths, after that the wire rod will be fed into the coating machine to be coated by the coating powder. Afterwards the top and end will be ground and polished. Finally the electrode will be heated and the dried welding electrode will be packed and stored.
