Precautions before using welding nails:

(2) The porcelain ring used for welding should be kept dry, if the porcelain ring is damp due to the damage of the packaging, it should be dried before welding, the drying temperature is 120ºC, and the heat preservation is two hours.
(3) There should be no harmful substances such as oxide, rust or moisture that affect the quality of welding within 50mm of the welding site of the welding nail.
(4) When the length of the feed wire is less than 50mm, its cross section should not be less than 35mm2; At the same time, it is necessary to use a dedicated power supply with sufficient capacity, its capacity is generally 100KVA - 150KVA, and should be rain and sun protection, the distribution box should be near the plug welding machine, so as to quickly cut off the power supply when there is a failure. The minimum distance between the welder body and the wall or other obstacles is 20cm to ensure that the air flow around the welder is conducive to heat dissipation.
