Product Overview
Why do we have confidence in ensuring product quality?
·Raw material control.
1. Each batch of raw materials must be supplied with qualification certificate and material element certificate. The unqualified raw materials will not be accepted after inspecting.
2. We will test the rough after the forging in the lab because of the change of the internal crystal.
3. Third times of stress need to be carried out. Because of the special use requirements of some products, such as the sealing product and the pressfit product, the material composition is tested for third times.
·Rigorous testing process.
The products of Jiangxin pipeline are certified by ISO9001 international quality system certification and AS 3688 Australia standard. The production process of raw materials inspection, raw material processing, annealing process, product quality inspection and finished packaging are strictly carried out according to Australian standards.
·Annealing process
Our annealing process is carried out strictly accordance with Australian standards. It can greatly improve the corrosion resistance and dezine resistance.
·Quality control
The products will be strictly inspected in each stage, including pre-produce, mid-produce and last-produce.
