Annular BOP Used in conjunction with the hydraulic control system, the annular BOP seals off the annulus of different sizes when pipes are in use in the hole. An annular BOP can also seal off the annular space which is formed by Kelly, coring tool, cables, wire rope, etc., and wellbore when no pipe is in it. When used in conjunction with the pressure-regulating valve and accumulator, the annular BOP
allows snubbing service. High-grade ram rubber core and side flange sealing can meet extreme circumstances, such as high and low temperatures or acidic conditions. The housing of BOP is made of low alloy steel forgings or castings. Chemical composition, mechanical properties, and forming process conform to the requirements of standards.
