Wet Sandblasting Machine with Water Recirculation System
Wet sandblasting machine is built with a high-performance slurry pump that fully agitates water and abrasive into slurry mixture, while compressor air accelerate the slurry to the object surface, attain the purpose of removing rust, oxide layer, imperfections and other contaminants.
Wet blasting machine also named vapour blasting or aqua blasting cabinet, is the initial choice for surface treatment applications that requirs the highest quality finish, especially popular in Australia, US, Canada or European countries.
Kafan wet blast cabinet can be configured with an optional recirculating rinse tank interconnected to the slurry hopper for a closed loop system. It can be fitted with a skimmer to remove floating oil or grease.
The turntable is optional in the wet sandblasting machine, and manual or automatic turntables of different sizes can be customized according to customer needs.
