Wet Strength Agent PAE
[Product Use]
This product is a polymer formed by the reaction of melamine with formaldehyde, also known as melamine formaldehyde resin or melamine resin. It can form etherified structures between fiber bundles, resulting in cross-linking between different molecules, which imparts water resistance and enhances the wet strength of paper. After cationic modification, the effectiveness of this product is further improved. It can be added to the pulp or used in coatings during paper production.

Product Features
1. The enhancement effect is obvious, increasing 5-10 times in wet strength and a 20-30% in dry strength.
2. High positive charge density, improved drainagebility and increased the speed of paper making, and improved the retention rate of fillers, sizes, and microfibers.
3. It does not contain "free aldehydes" and prevents the paper from turning yellow over time.4. It is applicable to a wide range of PH values, ranging from acidic to alkaline, it can be absorbed by fibers to achieve good wet strength without Aluminium sulfate. I neutral to slightly alkaline conditions, wet strength agents are more suitable for curing and have better effects.
Instructions
1. According to the amount of resin added to the wet strength paper, generally 5-9KG is used for each ton of waste paper.For the paper with special wet strength,increasing appreciate dosage
2. This product can be directly and evenly sprinkled into the pulp tank. Waste paper with average water resistance need about 30 minutes. If waste paper with strong water resistance need more time and dosage.
3. Applicable temperature, about 70-80 ºC.Packaging and Storage
Packaged in 200kg or 1000kg plastic drums.
Store in a cool and dry place, and precautions should be taken to prevent freezing during winter storage.
