Wfj series micro crushing unit/Universal pulverizer/high effect crushing machine
INTRODUCTION
The machine made up of main engine, auxility engine and electric-box, featuring winnowing without sieve or mesh, ever granule size, continuous operation, etc. The machine reaches advanced world-level and is widely used for material grinding in pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff industries, etc.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The materials enter the crushing chamber from the hopper through the spiral conveyor,and then are crushed by the high-speed rotating blade. The powder enters the classifying chamber across the guide ring. As the classifying wheel is rotating,the powder in the blade channel will be impacted by the air force and centrifugal force. Particles among the powder with their size larger than the critical diameter (classifying particle size) will be returned to the crushing chamber for further crushing. While particles smaller than the critical diameter will be transferred to the cyclone separator and bag dust remover through the discharging. The discharged materials meet the requirements for products.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The machine uses the wind wheel type high speed rotary cutters and the fixed cutters to crush, cut grinding, crushing effect not only good, but also crushed the chamber will produce a strong airflow, the heat and finished crushing chamber together through the screen, smash fineness can replace the screen to decide. This machine use activities and the tooth plate relative motion between the fixed tooth plate, so that the material through the tooth plate impact, friction materials and their impact and get crushed. The crushed material rotating centrifugal force to automatically enter the trap bag. the dust is filtered and recovered by the vacuum bag.
MAIN PURPOSE
The machine is mainly used for chemical industry, medicine (traditional Chinese medicine), food, flavor, resin powder, powder coating and other weak electricity materials and high temperature resistant materials. It is a new generation of crushing equipment integrating crushing and dust removing.
MACHINE FEATURES
