This strategic transformation included the installation of a cutting-edge coated sand casting line, harnessing pioneering coated sand casting technology. As a consequence, our castings exhibit unparalleled clarity and a sophisticated, polished finish, receiving high praise from eminent clients such as FAW Jiefang Company and Beiqi Futian Company. Additionally, our facility boasts an advanced machining workshop, replete with state-of-the-art CNC machining equipment, empowering us to seamlessly evolve from casting blanks to fully-machined finished parts within a singular streamlined process. Our diverse product suite primarily features ductile iron auto parts, durable cast steel auto components, and high-caliber sports equipment castings. We excel in casting and machining a versatile array of medium and small-scale parts, each with a maximum weight of under 200 kg.
