Q1. What is your terms of packing? |
A: We pack our goods in plywood cases and plywood pallets, The thickness of laminate more than 5mm will be packed by plywood pallets normally. |
Q2. What is your terms of payment? |
A: 1.T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% pay against the copy of B/L. 2.L/C at sight. 3.D/P at sight. |
Q3. What is your terms of delivery? |
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF. |
Q4. How about your delivery time? |
A: Generally one 20GP container, The HPL will take 20 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The compact will take 10 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on your order. |
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples? |
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples, but frist of all we should confirm the surface and size whether we can produced. we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. |
Q6. What is your sample policy? |
A: Free A4 size samples or around 12cm*12cm size. If Customer need the complete size of samples,pls feel free to send the detail to us . |
