A: Generally, we pack our goods in robust, neutral export wooden cases. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in
specially marked wooden cases with your own branding after receiving your authorization letters.
Q2. What are your terms of payment?
A: We require T/T 30% as a deposit, and the remaining 70% before delivery. We'll provide you with photos of the products and packaging before you pay
the balance.
Q3. What are your terms of delivery?
A: We offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take between 10 to 50 days after receiving your advance payment, depending on the pump's material. The
specific delivery time also depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can manufacture based on your samples or technical drawings. We are fully equipped to build the necessary molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can provide a sample if we have ready parts in stock. However, customers need to cover the sample cost and the courier charges.

A: Absolutely, we conduct a 100% thorough test of all pumps before they are dispatched.
