Product Description:
Inkjet Printable Non Lamination PVC Sheet is a new technology for making id cards instantly. To make pvc id cards, you don't need to buy any professional card making machines, an inkjet printer and a cheap pouch laminator as well as a paper trimmer can do the job.
Product advantage:
traditional card making (lamination process) is too expensive due to high investment cost and complicated
process. The free laminating process completely solves these problems, and is characterized by being quick, convenient, easy to operate, and capable of being produced in small batches.
The material is printed clearly, the color reproduction is accurate, the bonding force is strong, and the card made
is beautiful.
Card making processing:
1. Mirror-print the image on the printing material, dry the ink completely (normally around 5-10 minutes)
2. Remove the protection film on the middle material, put the printed material right on both side of the middle material, then,go through the laminator (set temperature around 150ºC-180ºC)
3. Cut the laminated sheet into standard card, remove the protection film from the surface of the card.

Yes, of course it can. We do OEM. And the original artwork prefer in Abode Illustrator, PDF, CDR9 or CDRX4. In PSD is ok, DPI should over 300.
