· Surface Treatment
1. Steel sandblasting to Sa2.5 level, or manual rust removal St3 level, rough surface 40-70μm, keep the substrate surface clean and dry.
2. After reaching the above rust removal standards, the primer coating should be completed within 4h. Surfaces that fail to be primed in time should be resurfaced.
· Humidity & Temperature
The substrate temperature is 0 to 50 ° C, and must be 3 ° C above the dew point, and the relative humidity is not greater than 85%.
