Introduction
The WSB-3 / WSB-2 Whiteness Meter features a new structural design, equipped with a blue light source and a fluorescent light source, compatible with both 45/0 and d/0 illumination conditions, making it suitable for different product whiteness testing standards. Additionally, the instrument uses a color touch screen display for easy operation and user-friendliness. Test data can be saved and printed, characterized by accurate measurement, stable values, and simple operation.
The whiteness meter is widely used to determine the blue light whiteness (R457), fluorescent whiteness, and opacity of paper for samples such as starch, rice noodles, table salt, paper, textiles, printing and dyeing, synthetic fibers, plastics, china clay, talcum powder, calcium carbonate, kaolin, titanium dioxide, coatings, paints, ceramics, and enamel.
