Lionshead Group consists of two subsidiaries- one company produces rubber chemicals, which are the raw materials to produce tyres; the other is the tyre company running under the brand LIONSHEAD and SOONOVA. Because there is an advantage in the supply chain, we have better control over tyre quality and delivery. In addition to a large supply capacity of 4 million units per year, we keep regular stock of the popular sizes for quick delivery.
Our tyres are produced in 6 major steps- mixing, extruding, calendering, cutting, building and curing. We keep strict quality control over each step to make sure the tyres are made flawless.
After production, the tyres go through multiple testing procedures by various equipment before they are stored in the warehouse and delivered to our customers.
Warranty
We provide a warranty for manufacturing defects for 3 years after the production date. Our customers will be free of worries about quality issues.
Marketing Support
We are a new company and we seek long-term cooperation with customers. Besides quality tyres, we will develop and supply all kinds of promotional materials to support our customers with marketing, including T-shirts, caps, pens, notepads, postage, brochures, etc.
1. Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 1x20GP container. The quantity varies for different sizes.
2. Q: How soon can you deliver my order?
A: As mentioned above, we keep stock of the popular sizes. These tyres can be delivered as fast as in 7 days.
If your order includes the non-stock size or a large quantity, please talk to me to confirm.
3. Q: What trade terms do you accept?
A: We can do all regular terms, like FOB, FCA, CFR, CIF, CIP, DAP, DDP, etc.
4. Q: What is your payment term? Can I get a credit?
A: The most popular terms are T/T and L/C at sight. In special cases, we also accept time L/C, D/A, D/P and O/A.
A: When a problem occurs, you take clear pictures and videos of the tyre. Our technicians will analyze and find out the reason.
We will pay for the left tread depth after it is proven to be of manufacturing reason.
