2.Can we get some free samples before the order?
Yes,of course,but as our company request you should need to pay the freight firstly.
3.What about your payment term?
Our main payment term is T/T by deposit,paypal and westunion.
4.How long is your production time?
If the products are stock ones,we can ship them out within 5-10 days after get the payment. If we have no stock in hand,normally the production lead-time is around 25 days, depending on the types of the products and also may take a little longer time if special custom design.

6.How do you transport the goods to our destination?

Normally we will pack our goods by the safest way before the shipment,but if the defective happened,we have a policy of 1:1 replacement for any defective goods beyond 3%.
