Fenbendazole is a broad spectrum benzimidazole anthelmintic used against gastrointestinal parasites including roundworms,hookworms, whipworms, the taenia species of tapeworms, pinworms, aelurostrongylus, paragonimiasis, strongylesand strongyloides and can be administered to sheep, cattle, horses, fish, dogs, cats, rabbits and seals.
